ROLL WITH YOUR REALNESS.
A new paradigm for professionalism, one that is people-centered and purpose-driven.
It all starts with transformative conversations
Growth is in challenging, self-revealing spaces where you feel empowered to explore questions about who you are most authentically as a person, a peer, and a professional.
Radical Means comes alongside as you explore those spaces.
IT'S TIME TO TRADE APPROVAL FOR AUTHENTICITY.
Hi, I’m Raleigh!
It’s nice to meet you.
I am a writer, speaker, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for people and a penchant for getting to the heart of things.
With a degree in Religious Studies, I am no stranger to the deep end, the big questions, and I have always been obsessively curious about relationships, social systems, and belonging. I am so glad you’re here so we can continue asking the big questions together.
Things you’d learn over coffee about me…
- My pronouns are she/her.
- I was named after my great grandfather (and my initials are R.A.D!)
- I have hyperhidrosis, an excessive sweating disorder.
- I am proudly and delightfully neurodiverse.
- I was born and raised in the rural South.
The values that drive Radical Means:
Representation
Our aim is to celebrate the ways our individual radicalities make us so powerful and purposeful.
Individuality
We believe there is divinity in diversity and dare to do life and leadership differently.
Inclusivity
We live curiously and with community in mind, daring to lean into discomfort and that which divides us.
Accountability
We show up as equal parts person, peer, and professional, believing accountability to our whole Self is a gift we give one another.
Curiosity
We love asking big questions and helping you lean into your own confidence and curiosity.
Connect & Create
We want to cultivate true connections and foster a collaborative experience for the most radical results.
the self
- shrinks to fit in
- fear-mongering self-saboteur
- self-deprecating shit-starter
vs
the Self
- proudly and confidently takes up space
- an empowered goal-getter
- actively uplifts others
